Established in 1996, Devonleigh Homes has emerged as a dynamic breath of fresh air in the new home building industry.
Devonleigh Homes is owned by Andrew and Lisa Kidd, two individuals who have gained extensive experience in new homebuilding starting at a young age and learning from the ground up. Andrew began working as a construction labourer at the age of 18. In addition to his duties as a construction labourer he was exposed to site supervision and customer service. Andrew built his first home at the age of 19. After successfully completing his first home, building dreams for homeowners became a passion with the young man. Lisa was exposed to home building industry
from her youth having family roots for several generations. Lisa compliments the business with a formal and practical education in financial and corporate administration. Both Andrew and Lisa remain hands on to ensure the highest levels of quality and professionalism are being applied.
Since 1996, Devonleigh has completed over 2000 residences covering the full range including entry level townhomes, single family detached homes and expansive custom homes. In addition to building homes the firm is becoming vertically integrated by developing raw land into complete communities offering executive estate homes to distinguished buyers.
